On Oct 22nd, 2016 the AGATSU TORONTO REGIONAL KETTLEBELL SPORT COMPETITION will be held in Toronto Ontario! We are also pleased to announced that we will be participanting in the One Hour Long Cycle Kettlebell Lifting Charity Event.
Ranking will be awarded under rules followed by the Canadian Kettlebell Sport Federation. Ranks will only be awarded for traditional weights and events however this year we will move to two-armed events for both men and women. Jerk and Long Cycle events will be double bell events for all competitors. Snatch will be single bell for all competitors. Biathlon will be double bells for jerks and single for snatch.
Traditional Events (10 min) ranks will be awarded for these.
1) Jerk (doubles)
2) Snatch (single bell)
3) Long Cycle (doubles)
4) Biathlon- Snatch single bell, Jerk double bells. *(Please note that Biathlon counts as two events) Men: 16KG, 20KG, 24KG, 28KG, 32KG Women: 12KG, 16KG, 20KG, 24KG, 28KG ***Men can compete with the 12kg and women with the 8kg, in the above events, but no rank will be awarded)
5)FUN EVENTS (no ranks) One Hour Long Cycle marathon. This year, we invite you to join us in raising awareness and funds for organizations supporting individuals with Multiple Sclerosis (MS).Why we’re lifting to end MS

2pm- ONE HOUR LONG CYCLE CHARITY EVENT

A detailed schedule of flights and times will be emailed to all participants once registration closes.
Competitors may compete in up to two events. Please note that all competitors are expected to know and fully understand the rules of the competition. A competitor who fails to perform any lift without meeting the necessary performance guidelines outlined under the rules may receive a "no-count." It is the responsibility of every competitor and coach to properly prepare to perform according to the competition rules.
**When you register please include the event or events that you will participate in. Also include which Kettlebell weight you will lift along with the bodyweight category you will compete in.**
